Once payment is made for coaching packages, fees are 100% non-refundable. The Coaching Agreement signed and reviewed at your first session contains specifics about rescheduling and time-frames.

Counseling clients do not receive refunds for sessions held. The Informed Consent signed and reviewed at your first session contains specifics about rescheduling and time-frames.
